EasySales is an online broker store without a physical location. We operate exclusively online, making it easier for you to shop from the comfort of your home.
3. How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you’d like to purchase, and follow the checkout process. You can choose between payment options like credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
4. How do I pay for my order?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors.

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact us within 48 hours at easysales.ae@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for more details. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our website for any ongoing offers.
