Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are only accepted for items that:

    • Are unused and in their original condition.
    • Have their original packaging and labels intact.
    • Are accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, used, or have tampered seals.

Timeframe for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@easysales.ae or call us at 0543363266 to initiate a return.
  2. Provide details of your purchase and the reason for the return.
  3. If eligible, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  2. This includes the cost of the delivery driver who will collect the item from your location.
  3. The exact charges will be communicated during the return authorization process.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
  2. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Shipping fees, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products purchased as part of clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include photos of the product and packaging for verification. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
